The Horse and Jockey
is a 15th century thatched pub, in the hamlet of Llanvihangel, offering traditional and modern fayre. In the 17th century the pub was used as a vicarage and is also known locally as the jockey or the jockey
pitch. The pub is is also haunted by a ghost fondly known as Martha. The pub
is only 300yds from the Brecknock & Abergavenny canal and Bridge 55.
