According to Val Williams, a former Manager of Llancaiach Fawr, the
Manor house has "at least eight distinct ghosts". It was built during the 1530's on the site of a medieval dwelling,
and lived in until 1979, when it was taken over by the council. It was then opened as a unique living history museum.
This part of the site is dedicated to giving an insight into the Most Haunted House in Wales.
Dylan Jones has written his first
book about the history and the haunting of this fantastic house. Dylan Jones would like to express his
great appreciation and gratitude to the Manager, all the Staff, and the Friends of Llancaiach Fawr for their support
and commitment to the project. The publication is expected sometime during late 2006.
